DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All courses, masterclasses, and educational video content on idyedifferent.com are 100% digital products. We do not ship any physical goods, products, or materials to your physical address.

1. Instant Access & Delivery
Upon successful completion of your payment at checkout, your digital access is processed immediately. 
- You will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your login details or instructions on how to access the student portal.
- Alternatively, you can log directly into your registered account on our website to view your purchased video content under "My Masterclasses".

2. No Shipping Fees
Because all products are delivered electronically, there are absolutely no shipping fees, handling charges, or import duties applied to your order, regardless of your geographic location.

3. Technical Assistance
If you do not receive your access email within 10–15 minutes after purchasing, please check your "Spam", "Junk", or "Promotions" folders. 

If you still cannot access your student portal or experience any technical issues with the video playback, please contact our dedicated support team immediately at info@idyedifferent.com. We will manually verify your purchase and restore your access within 24–48 hours.
