Because our educational content, video masterclasses, and student portal access are delivered digitally and instantly via automated access upon purchase, idyedifferent (operated by MB Kava Plius) maintains a strict NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION policy. 

By completing your purchase of any digital Masterclass or course on idyedifferent.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to any refund, return, or exchange. All sales of digital products are final.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
According to the European Union consumer protection laws regarding digital goods: if you purchase digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as instant streaming or video access), and you explicitly consent to immediate delivery upon checkout, you agree that you lose and waive your right of withdrawal or the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Therefore, once streaming access is granted to your account, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

We will manually review your account, verify your transaction details, and resolve any access or portal issues within 24–48 hours.
